Erik Rose

Erik Rose currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Enrollment and the Director of Institutional Research at Carroll College since January 2023. Prior to this role, Erik held the position of Manager of Strategy, Planning, & Performance at Pearson from April 2022 to January 2023, and previously served as the Director of Institutional Research and Strategy at Carroll College from October 2018 to April 2022. Erik's experience also includes roles at the Montana University System as the Director of Workforce Initiatives & Information, Compliance and Workforce Data Analyst, and Access and Compliance Program Manager from August 2014 to October 2018. Earlier in Erik's career, teaching English as a Second Language was undertaken as an Assistant Language Teacher (ALT) with the Mifune-machi Board of Education from July 2010 to July 2014. Erik Rose earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the University of Montana, completing studies between 2006 and 2010.
