Chad Carter possesses a diverse professional background in engineering, business development, and design within the construction and landscape architecture sectors. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Carroll Daniel Construction since May 2022, Chad previously held the position of Business Development Manager at Bottom Line Property Management from January 2014 to March 2020. Additional experience includes roles as a Landscape Designer at Metro GreenScape and as a Landscape Architect at Design Resource Group. Earlier in the career, Chad contributed as a Site Designer I at ColeJenest & Stone, focusing on notable Uptown projects such as 300 South Tryon and BOA Plaza. Chad holds a Master’s degree in Urban Design from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia.
