Eftychia Gratsani is a highly experienced professional in business systems and applications, currently serving as the Business Systems Operation Manager and previously as a Senior Applications Specialist at Motodynamics Group since October 2022. Prior to this role, Eftychia held various positions, including ERP Assistant at Mellon Technologies from March 2017 to October 2022, and Customer Service Professional at Incadea Greece from April 2015 to March 2017. Eftychia also contributed as an MS Dynamics NAV support specialist at Real Consulting and worked as a teacher at Technokids TechnoPlus from 2011 to 2014. Eftychia holds an MS in Sustainable Development with a focus on Consumer Economics from Harokopio University of Athens and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications in Management and Economics from the Technological Educational Institute of Messolonghi.

MOTODYNAMICS SA is the official exclusive distributor for Yamaha Motor Co. Ltd in Greece, Romania Bulgaria , Moldova and Albania and Porsche AG and SIXT in Greece. Since December 2018, Motodynamics S.A. acquires 80,5% of Lion Rental S.A. and marks a new era for Sixt oriented to continuously improving its services and re-positioning it on the market. The organisational structure of MOTODYNAMICS has four commercial divisions: Yamaha, Porsche, Sixt and Motodiktio/Motodirect. The structure is completed by the four support divisions of Finance, IT Human Resources and Corporate Affairs.
