Sheldon Williams is an experienced database development professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Database Development Manager and previously as Database Engineer at CarShield since December 2020, Sheldon has effectively managed teams and orchestrated projects across various companies, including Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP as a Senior Database Administration Engineer, Adaptive Solutions Group as a Consultant, and Scottrade in multiple roles that culminated in a Database Development Manager position. Throughout the career, Sheldon has demonstrated leadership, overseeing teams of up to 50 database developers, managing source control processes, conducting project design reviews, and optimizing database performance.
