Dan Marquis

Dan Marquis is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Managing Director of Corporate Development and Strategy at Carson Group since December 2021. Previously, Dan founded Metronome Financial, where Dan held the position of President and Chief Financial Officer from May 2017 to December 2021, focusing on specialty lending and creative financing solutions. Dan's earlier roles include Chief Operating Officer and Chief Investment Officer at Javlin Capital, where Dan managed a private equity-supported specialty finance company, and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Planning at Intrado, a global provider of unified communications solutions. Dan's experience spans across various roles in finance and investment, including positions at McCarthy Capital, Artios, Odin Capital, U.S. Bank, and D.A. Davidson Companies. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Strategy and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Finance from Creighton University.
