Hannah Thomas

Hannah Thomas is an accomplished professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as Director of People Operations at Cart.com since February 2023, where oversight includes managing people systems and processes for over 1,000 employees and leading a team. Additionally, Hannah is an HRA Ambassador at HRA Advisory, which focuses on networking and connecting HR leaders. Previous experience includes roles as People Operations & Payroll Lead and Specialist at All Web Leads, Inc., overseeing payroll for 1,100 employees and managing a team while successfully implementing the GoCo HRIS platform. Early career experiences at The University of Texas Club and The Salt Lick BBQ contributed to a diverse skill set. Educationally, Hannah holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management, both from Penn State University.
