Sol Alagba

Sol Alagba is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in anti-money laundering (AML) and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as VP Compliance MLRO at Carta since July 2022, Sol has previously held senior compliance roles at both Vauban from Carta and BNY Mellon, where expertise in AML compliance was cultivated. Sol's background includes significant positions at UBS and Deutsche Bank as an AML Specialist, and earlier roles as a Compliance Manager at Quikfund, Clear Communication Group, and Pureglow Technology Ltd. Sol Alagba holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the Royal Docks School of Business and Law at the University of East London.
