Our people

Founder Jon-Paul Burnett has more than 20 years’ experience as a Costs Draftsman in the legal industry. He is also an accredited mediator and specialist in medical negligence mediation, having trained at the London School of Mediation. 

Director Lee Carter has been heavily involved in costs budgeting for highly-complex catastrophic injury claims since completing his Business Management with Law degree in 2005. He frequently attends Costs Case Management Conferences and Detailed Assessment hearings.
