Chris Kozlowski

Chris Kozlowski currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel at Carter Machinery since March 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Partner and Associate Attorney with Gentry Locke from August 2013 to February 2023, as well as an Associate Attorney role at Shipman & Goodwin LLP within the Finance & Investment Group from September 2012 to June 2013. Early career experiences involved a Business Development and Legal Internship at SpecialtyCare, Inc. and a Finance Internship at Terex. Chris Kozlowski holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with Honors from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance from Fordham University.
