Carlo Fragni is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in the blockchain and networking sectors. Since August 2018, Carlo has served as a Senior Software Engineer at Cartesi, focusing on the development and deployment of scalable decentralized applications (DApps) on a Layer-2 blockchain platform. Prior to this role, Carlo held various positions including Senior Software Engineer and Senior Networking Engineer at WebRadar from September 2013 to August 2018, and co-founded Propagate in December 2011.
