As a Co-Founder of SOLUS.ai since June 2019, Shikha is focused on developing advanced hyper personalization solutions for B2C and B2B markets. In addition, Shikha serves as the Director of Sales & Marketing at Cartesian Consulting Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities include enhancing customer value and optimizing marketing strategies for over 200 employees across multiple regions. Previous roles include Vice President at Direxions, where Shikha oversaw client delivery and PNL, and Project Director at JWT, responsible for client engagement and revenue. Earlier career achievements include roles at DIREM and Procter & Gamble, contributing to client management and operations. Shikha holds a degree from Bangalore University, completed in 2000.
