Joanna leads Cartesian’s Human Resources and Recruiting teams.
She is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources in North America, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and recruiting. In addition, she manages the human resources and recruiting functions for EMEA.
Prior to starting at Cartesian in 2001, she was a Human Resources Specialist for SYSCO where she was in charge of sales and administration recruiting, commission payroll, and human resources-related project management. She also worked with the Employee Relations team at State Farm’s corporate headquarters in Bloomington, IL.
Joanna graduated with honors from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Human Resources Management followed by earning a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Illinois State University.
