Madeleine Abdoh is VP of People & Operations for Cartesian’s EMEA business. She has a multidisciplinary background in international HR Management, Leadership Development, Law & Business. For the past 15 years, she’s held global and regional HR leadership roles in leading private and public companies in Media, Technology, and Professional Services, including Thomson Reuters and the BBC. Madeleine has spearheaded culture change, delivered complex change programs, developed and implemented multi-year workforce plans, and has expertise in M&A and integration, employee relations, engagement, DEI, and well-being.
She attended the London School of Economics, earning Masters’ degrees in Tax law and Industrial Relations, and completed an MBA at Vlerick Business school in Ghent.
