Marc Lacognata has been in the customer success field since 2018, when they began working at Bisnow as a Sales Development Representative. Marc then moved up to the role of Customer Success Manager before becoming the Director of Customer Success. In 2022, they transitioned to CARTO as a Team Lead in Customer Success.
Marc Lacognata completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Fordham University and a Bachelor's Degree in Urban Studies from Freie Universität Berlin.
