Charles Henry has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Charles began their career in 1997 as a Member of Technical Staff II at AG Communication Systems, where they performed system and regression testing of the GTD-5 Telephone Switch. Following this, they worked at Concord Servicing Corporation in various roles, including Project Coordinator and Quality Assurance Analyst, where they developed and implemented test plans, designed business requirement documentation, and maintained QA standards and metrics. In 2011, Charles joined JPMorgan Chase as a Quality Assurance Analyst, responsible for generating detailed testing and debugging initiatives and maintaining test plans. More recently, they worked at Carvana, first as an IT Support Specialist before transitioning to the role of Engineer Team Lead, Support.

Charles Henry attended Newnan High School from 1989 to 1993. Charles then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Georgia Southern University from 1993 to 1997. Later, they went on to earn a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix from 1999 to 2001.
