Varunkumar Karunakaran

Varunkumar Karunakaran has a diverse work experience in software engineering and development. Varunkumar started their career at Flextronics as a System Analyst, where they automated processes, developed class libraries, and created a centralized repository for server credentials. Varunkumar then moved on to become a Software Developer at Flextronics, where they developed reusable components and remodeled legacy systems.

Varunkumar then joined Tech Mahindra as a Senior Software Engineer, where they played a key role in a major release of a Pega PRPC application and implemented data cleansing activities to improve data quality. Varunkumar later worked at IQVIA as a Software Engineer, focusing on the design and development of ETL frameworks, SQL data marts, and application-to-application integration services.

Currently, Varunkumar is employed at Carvana as a Principal Engineer, responsible for leading engineering efforts. Overall, Varunkumar has a strong background in software engineering, specializing in ETL frameworks, data integration, and system optimization.
