Bailey Purser is a skilled design professional with extensive experience in the apparel industry. Currently serving as a Design Assistant, Production Coordinator, and Technical Design Assistant at Carve Designs since July 2021, Bailey previously worked at ROOLEE from August 2019 to July 2021 as an Apparel Designer and Developer, as well as a Private Label Coordinator. In these roles, Bailey successfully managed the design process from conceptualization to production and collaborated closely with domestic wholesalers to align products with the brand's vision. Earlier experience includes a Sales Associate position at The Sportsman, where Bailey gained valuable insights into the retail sector while completing a Bachelor's degree in Outdoor Product Design and Development with a Business minor from Utah State University. Additionally, a Design and Marketing Internship at Sego Ski Co. involved creating graphic designs and conducting market research, further enhancing Bailey's expertise in the field.
