Laura Pierce is a highly experienced finance professional with a strong background in asset management and credit analysis. Currently serving as Vice President Portfolio Manager at Carver Federal Savings Bank since August 2019, Laura oversees portfolios primarily consisting of Commercial & Industrial loans, multifamily loans, and loans to nonprofit organizations, while actively monitoring credit risk and asset quality. Previously, Laura held roles including Credit Analyst/Underwriter at City National Bank of New Jersey, where management of a $96 million loan portfolio was a key responsibility, and as Senior Commercial Underwriting Analyst at Biz2Credit, focusing on comprehensive credit evaluations and financing options for clients. Laura’s career also includes roles as Loan Processor/Underwriter at Regional Business Assistance Corporation and Assistant Manager at VIP Parts, Tires, & Service, showcasing a versatile skill set across various aspects of finance and operations. Laura holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Integral Management from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
