Mike Ferdinand

Mike Ferdinand, MBA, is an accomplished finance professional with significant experience in portfolio management and asset oversight. Currently serving as Vice President of Portfolio Management at Carver Federal Savings Bank since March 2022, Mike oversees a diverse portfolio of loans, focusing on commercial real estate and small business financing while contributing to the strategic business goals of increasing and retaining borrowers. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of AVP, Portfolio Manager at Bankwell, where responsibilities included monitoring loan performance and ensuring covenant compliance. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Commercial Loan Officer II at TD, managing loan portfolios from origination to settlement, and as a Relationship Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co., maintaining high-profile business client relationships.
