Maximilian Berthold began their work experience in December 2021 at eqolot as a Sales Development representative. Maximilian held this role until March 2022. In October 2022, they joined casavi GmbH as part of the Customer Success team, concluding their tenure in December 2022. Maximilian Berthold began their education at Lina-Hähnle-Realschule in Sulz am Neckar, Baden-Württemberg from 2010 to 2016, where they obtained their Realschulabschluss. Maximilian then attended OSZ Handel from 2016 to 2019, earning their Abitur with a focus on Wirtschaft (economics). It helps these organisations connect with their customers in a more efficient, immediate and user-friendly way by utilising a mix of digital channels such as mobile, web and email. In doing so casavi acts as the front-desk forinbound as well as outbound customer communication and utilises existing ERP and CRM solutions by integrating with workflows and syncing with their data.
