Alice Combes

Alice Combes is a seasoned professional in customer success with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently, Alice serves as the Manager of Customer Success at Cascade, having previously held multiple roles including Customer Success Team Lead for AMER/EMEA and Enterprise Customer Success Manager for LATAM/US Markets. Prior experience includes positions at NetApp, where Alice was Team Lead for Customer Success in France and managed customer success for enterprise service providers. Alice began her career in hospitality, holding roles such as Head of Programs and Pedagogy Advisor at PSE-Pour un Sourire d'Enfant, Project Development Coordinator at Marugal Distinctive Hotel Management, a marketing intern at Piaget, and an F&B trainee at W Barcelona.
