Tom Milligan

Tom Milligan currently serves as the Director of Global Alliances at Cascade since April 2025. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Channel Sales Director at SharpenCX from October 2023 to April 2025, where Tom designed and launched the innovative SharpenUP! partner membership program, significantly boosting channel lead flow by 500% year over year. As the Founder and CEO of OurDivorce from February 2020 to October 2023, Tom aimed to reduce the high costs of divorce by promoting educational spending for families. Previously, Tom was the VP of Strategic Partnerships at Talkdesk from February 2018 to February 2020, where Tom developed the company's Strategic Partner initiative, including pricing models and operational processes. At NICE inContact, from April 2013 to February 2018, Tom served as the Vice President of Emerging Markets, where Tom established key pricing and policies for the Reseller sales channel, becoming a pioneer in the CCaaS space. Tom also held the position of CRM & Technology Channels Director earlier in their career.
