Anthony Simon, P.E. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Anthony began their career as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (A&P) at Kenmore Air from February 2003 to April 2007. Anthony then joined the University of Washington Industrial Assessment Center as a Lead Student, participating in energy efficiency assessments until November 2010.
In 2008, they founded ENERGIZING SOLUTIONS INC. and served as the Founder and CEO until December 2014. Anthony then joined the Washington State University Extension Energy Program as an Energy Systems Engineer in June 2009, where they specialized in industrial energy efficiency and conducted assessments on various systems and technologies. Anthony held this role until March 2016.
Since March 2016, Anthony has been working at Cascade Energy, Inc. as an Energy Smart Industrial Partner (ESIP) and later transitioned into the role of Program Manager in November 2021. In their current position, they provide energy efficiency support to public utilities and their industrial end-user customers as part of the BPA Energy Smart Industrial Program.
From 2007 to 2010, Anthony Simon, P.E. pursued their undergraduate education at the University of Washington. During this time, they focused on the field of study of Electrical Engineering, specifically in the areas of Power Systems and Energy Efficiency. As a result, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the university.
