Doug Heredos has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Doug started their career at Tektronix in 1997 as a Process Engineer, where they focused on owning soldering processes and developing fixtures and tooling for high-quality circuit board manufacturing. Doug then joined RadiSys Corporation in 2000 as an NPI Program Manager, where they managed the introduction of new products in the telecom and perfect-fit computing space, leading cross-functional teams. In 2008, Doug joined Cascade Energy, Inc, where they held multiple roles. Doug initially worked as a Program Manager, overseeing a demand-side management program with a focus on streamlined energy efficiency measures. Later, they transitioned to the role of Strategic Energy Management Coach, leading corporate teams in reducing energy intensity and improving productivity. Furthermore, they served as a Startup Program Manager, leading multidisciplinary teams in launching new energy-related programs. Most recently, they hold the position of Sr. Program Manager at Cascade Energy, Inc.
