Erik Holman has a diverse work experience starting in 1995 at SEH America. Erik held various roles in the company, including Plant Director for B40 Wafer Operations and Epi Operations. During their time there, they implemented Lean Manufacturing principles and was responsible for process engineering and production operations. Erik later became the Director of Order Management, Customer Service, and Quality Assurance, where they managed customer order management, international supply channels, and site quality assurance. Before leaving in 2010, they served as an Account Executive, handling customer accounts.
In 2010, Erik joined Cascade Energy, Inc. as the Director of Operations for the ESI Program, where they managed a team that delivered energy efficiency services to industrial sites. In 2016, they were promoted to Executive Vice President of Operations and Delivery. In this role, they oversee managers, teams, and services of industrial facilities in the Pacific Northwest region. Erik is also responsible for delivering services to national and international corporate clients.
Erik Holman obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Idaho, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. In addition, they earned a Lean Manufacturing Certification from the University of Michigan in May 2002.
