Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Cascade Engineering since December 2018, Steve has held leadership roles at prominent companies, including Vice President of Operations N.A. at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors and Vice President of Operations - Interiors at Johnson Controls Automotive. Steve's background includes various positions at Johnson Controls, where responsibilities spanned from Director of Operations to Plant Manager, focusing on automotive interior light assembly and processing technologies such as injection molding and urethane molding. Prior experience includes a manufacturing engineering role at Prince Corporation. Steve holds a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering and Business from Ferris State University, completed in 1988.
