Mechanical Design Engineer at Cascade Engineering

Alex Dyne has extensive work experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer, specializing in the aviation industry. They have held various roles in different companies, demonstrating their expertise and ability to handle complex projects.

Prior to that, Alex worked as a Lead Mechanical Design Engineer at Phoenix Aerospace Limited from March 2013 to November 2013. They led a team and provided mechanical support for avionics equipment installation in helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft in the Middle East and the UK.

Before transitioning to the aviation industry, Alex founded their own company, Solitair Engineering & Design Ltd, in June 2004. They subcontracted to various EASA 21 J design companies and worked on major modifications for different types of aircraft, including Boeing 747 and Robinson R22. They delivered complete drawing packages using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.

Furthermore, Alex worked as a Design Engineer at Premiair Aircraft Engineering Ltd from November 2001 to June 2004, focusing on designing unique modifications for general aircraft and helicopters. Prior to that, they held a Design Engineer position at Mann Aviation from May 2000 to November 2001, where they designed major modifications on general aviation aircraft.

Alex Dyne attended Collingwood Secondary School in Camberley from 1978 to 1982. After completing secondary education, from 1997 to 2000, Dyne pursued a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Aerospace Engineering at Farnborough College of Technology.
