Holly Shutta has over a decade of experience in community management and operations. Since October 2015, Holly has served as a Community Manager at Cascade Management, Inc. Prior to this role, Holly worked as a Site Manager at Viridian Management from 2013 to October 2015 and gained valuable experience as a Circulation Staff Supervisor at Lee Enterprises from 2009 to 2013. Holly is an alumnus of San Bernardino Valley College.

We also lead our market in providing property management, development, and consulting services to the affordable housing market as we have done since our inception.
