Gary Carroll has a diverse work experience, primarily in leadership roles within the Boy Scouts of America organization. Gary started as a District Executive and was responsible for recruitment, management, and fundraising efforts. Gary then progressed to roles such as Camping Director, Multnomah Service Area Field Director, and Western Region Growth Team Lead, where they provided support, resources, and built relationships within the organization. Gary also worked as the Director of Field Services at the Greater Los Angeles Area Council and is currently serving as the Scout Executive and CEO at the Cascade Pacific Council. In addition to their work with the Boy Scouts, Gary has had roles as a Clarinet player in the Jewish Community Orchestra and as a Regional Manager at American Kiosk Management.
Gary Carroll began their education by earning a Bachelor of Music degree in Clarinet from DePauw University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Gary later pursued their passion for music further by attending George Mason University from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Music degree, specializing in clarinet performance.
