Pratap Mukherjee

Pratap Mukherjee has over two decades of experience in executive roles, with a focus on finance and coaching. Pratap is currently the CEO of Flywheel Management, LLC, where they work closely with portfolio companies to provide executive coaching and fractional CFO and CPO services. Pratap also holds a CFO position at Compile, a contract role. Previously, Pratap has worked as an executive coach and CFO in contract roles at Feeling Good Institute, Cascade Technology Services, Atro, and Doneboard. Pratap has also served as the CEO of Kinetix Technology Services, LLC, where they grew the company's revenue and team size significantly before successfully selling the company. Pratap has also held CEO positions at Recurve, Inc. and Beacon Fire & Safety, LP, leading both companies to successful acquisitions. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as CEO of BestOffer.com, a web marketplace for used car transactions. Throughout their career, Pratap has demonstrated expertise in finance, culture-building, strategic decision-making, and team development.

Pratap Mukherjee completed their education at Stanford University, starting with an AB degree in Quantitative Economics from 1988 to 1992. Pratap then pursued an M.S. in Engineering-Economic Systems in 1992 for a brief period. Subsequently, from 1996 to 1998, Pratap accomplished an M.A. degree in Education as well as an MBA degree from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
