Shelley E. Sayward has served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel since January 2021, and in various roles in the legal department since November 2006. She was previously the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel from September of 2014 until January 2021 and was the Associate General Counsel from September 2008 to September 2014. Prior to joining, Ms. Sayward held sales and marketing roles with GlaxoSmithKline and Abbott Laboratories, as well as a sales and managerial position with First American Financial Corporation. Ms. Sayward holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College, completed a four-year law clerkship program, and is licensed to practice law in the State of Vermont.
