Richard Kerr is the Chief Technology Officer at CASES. In this role, he is responsible for the day-to-day operations and strategic vision of the Technology department. Richard has more than 25 years of experience managing information technology departments for various organizations where he led, implemented, and supported many for-profit and non-profit organization initiatives in the Hospitality, Fortune 500, and non-profit industries. Richard earned his BBA from Hofstra University. He has served as a panel speaker for CIO Synergy Conferences and consulted with many CIO’s on “Technology for the Future” platforms.

The mission of CASES is to increase the understanding and use of community sanctions that are fair, affordable, and consistent with public safety. CASES serves nearly 4,000 individuals annually in programs lasting anywhere from one day to more than two years. Their programs are aimed at high-need populations, including young people, adults with mental illness, and chronic misdemeanants who are homeless, drug-addicted, or underemployed.
