Shweta Nanajkar

Shweta Nanajkar is a skilled User Experience Designer with extensive experience in leading UX efforts across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior User Experience Designer at Caseware since December 2021, Shweta has successfully introduced new features for enterprise software applications and is focused on OCS web and mobile application designs. Prior to this role, Shweta worked as a UX Designer at Iron Logic Inc, where design iterations and stakeholder collaboration were emphasized. Experience also includes a User Experience Designer position at Vower, where Shweta defined UX strategies for product launches and conducted user testing. Shweta has a strong technical background, having worked as a Build and Release Engineer at RTI and TEOCO, and holds advanced degrees in Information Systems from George Mason University and User Experience Design from General Assembly Canada.
