Casey Family Programs
Rob Gonzalez is an experienced professional in human resources and business systems analysis, currently serving as a Business System Analyst and Human Resources Coordinator at Casey Family Programs since October 2020. Previously, Rob held various positions at Palantir Technologies from July 2015 to June 2020, including HR Recruiting Program Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, and Recruiting Operations Analyst, where skills in program management and process improvement were demonstrated. Early career roles included operations and dispatch positions with the San Jose Earthquakes Soccer organization and involvement in youth coaching and training. Rob earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from San Jose State University in 2015.
