James Inhoo Ham is an experienced software engineer with a background in both leadership and founding roles. At Casper since April 2022, James serves as a Software Engineer, following a position as Lead Software Engineer at Myxx Inc. from May 2021 to April 2022. James co-founded nobos.co in March 2019 and held a QA Engineer position at RecruitiFi for a brief period in early 2019. Prior entrepreneurial experience includes founding Wing Beans Coffee Company, which operated from July 2015 to May 2018. James also contributed as General Manager at Caffe Bene from May 2013 to January 2014.
