Larkin Nance is an experienced logistics and customer service professional with a robust background in managing fulfillment operations and leading teams. Currently serving as Manager of Wholesale Logistics at Casper, Larkin oversees direct-to-consumer orders for multiple major accounts, including Costco and Amazon. Prior roles at Casper included Senior Fulfillment Analyst and CX Supervisor, where Larkin led a team of customer experience specialists, implemented improvement strategies based on NPS feedback, and received the "Golden Waffle" Award for exceptional contributions. Larkin has also held administrative and assistant positions at CHRISTINE D.
