Skylar Paul is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in full-stack development, currently working at Casper since February 2017 and at Think Pragmatics since May 2016, where Skylar collaborates with technical leads, designers, and project managers to build Rails and JavaScript applications for clients. Previously, Skylar contributed to the development of ed-tech solutions at Kinvolved and served in various roles, including Evaluation Manager and Capacity Building Assistance Advisor at Harm Reduction Coalition, where training and education were provided to over 100 organizations. Additional experience includes research assistance at the Office of the Associate Dean for Research and Community Partnerships and community organizing at the New York Civil Liberties Union, supporting youth initiatives. Skylar holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Hunter College and a Bachelor’s degree in Latin American Studies and Public Health Policy from New York University.
