Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering, innovation, and blockchain. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha supports innovation projects across startups, enterprises, and government by providing training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web. Micha has also contributed as a board member and advisor to various organizations, including Share&Charge and the IIB Council, and has a solid educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional studies at MIT focused on fintech.
