Chad Mueller has a diverse range of work experience in the metal recycling industry. Chad started their career at American Metal and Iron in 2007, where they gained hands-on experience in different operational roles. Chad then joined American Metal Group, Inc. as an Operations Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations and successfully managing a multimillion-dollar acquisition. In 2011, they partnered with an industry veteran to launch and scale American Metal Recycling Services, where they served as the Chief Operations Officer. During their tenure, they expanded operations and led a skilled team. In 2014, Chad founded Realloy, a commodity brokerage and trading startup, where they utilized their existing relationships with metal producers and overseas consumers to compete against established businesses. Currently, they are working at CASS, Inc as the Director of Business Development, responsible for developing strategic relationships with major suppliers and expanding the company's strategic value through new initiatives.

We have been servicing the domestic and international markets of the scrap metal industry since 1969. At CASS, we recycle end-of-life and post consumer metal into a product that represents the first steps of manufacturing - never finding its way to landfill.
