Eddie Daghelian

Eddie is a passionate leader with over 20 years of experience leading teams globally in various roles from software development, IT operations management, product strategy, strategic field execution, and software sales.

Throughout the years, Eddie has leveraged leading edge technologies to achieve differentiating business results. It is this passion that brought Eddie to CAST and the emerging market category of Software Intelligence, leading our North America operations.

Prior to joining CAST, Eddie was a senior executive at IBM holding several positions including, most recently, Global Vice President in the IT Automation and workflow space where he led establishment of key new practices like AIOps. Eddie was educated in Canada, with a degree in Computer Science, and a Master of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business.
