Charlie Kim is a Project Engineer at Castelion since October 2024. Previously, Charlie held various engineering roles at Xos Trucks from August 2021 to November 2024, including Reliability Engineer, Process Engineer in Battery Manufacturing, and Manufacturing Engineer. Experience also includes a brief tenure as a Process Engineer at Rio Tinto in June 2021 and a Market Research Intern position at IPwe in late 2020. Early career experience was gained as a Student Library Assistant at UC Berkeley Library from January 2019 to May 2020. Charlie holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with a Minor in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, completed in May 2021.
