Tyler Egami is an experienced manufacturing engineer currently serving as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer at Castelion since November 2024. Prior to this role, Tyler worked at ABL Space Systems as Lead Structures Build Engineer and Critical Lift Team Lead from August 2021 to November 2024, where responsibilities included leading primary structures manufacturing engineering and mentoring a team. Tyler's career also includes positions at BLUE ORIGIN as Manufacturing Engineer III and SpaceX as a Build Engineer, focusing on composites manufacturing for the Falcon 9 Payload Fairing. Tyler was actively involved in the USC Aero Design Team as Crew Chief and Chief Engineer, leading a championship team in 2017, and also contributed as a wrestling coach for local youth. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Southern California, awarded in 2017.
