Darshini Weeratunga

Darshini Weeratunga, CPA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and reporting. Currently serving as the Vice President of Accounting at Castle Biosciences, Inc. since November 2023, Darshini previously held the position of Director of SEC Reporting at Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from August 2021 to October 2023. Prior to that, Darshini was the Director of Accounting Policy and Technical Accounting at Cardtronics from November 2016 to August 2021. Darshini began their career at EY as a Senior Manager from June 2014 to October 2016, where foundational skills in accounting and technical financial reporting were developed.
