Rafał Malinowski

Rafał Malinowski is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in infrastructure and software development across various companies. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Castle since July 2019, Rafał has led initiatives in automation, security, and scalability while successfully migrating infrastructure to AWS managed services. As the owner of afterdesign Rafał Malinowski since January 2018, Rafał has leveraged expertise in technical team leadership and backend service development at JamesEdition. Previous roles include DevOps and Python Engineer at Red Sky Sp. z o. o., where Rafał notably developed real-time bidding platforms and implemented scalable solutions, along with experience in PHP development and team management in earlier positions.
