Jon Scrafford

Jon Scrafford is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and continuous improvement within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering and Continuous Improvement at Catalent Pharma Solutions since February 2013, Jon oversees both process engineering and manufacturing engineering departments, managing a team of 17 staff members. Prior roles included Manager of Process Engineering at Pharmatek Laboratories, where responsibilities encompassed the formulation, optimization, and scaling of solid oral dosage drugs for clinical trials. Jon's career began at Genzyme, progressing from Process Engineering Intern to Process Engineer, focusing on process enhancements and equipment qualifications. Jon holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Business Administration from Northeastern University, completed in 2009.
