Michael Hooper

Michael Hooper, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Global Head of Human Resources for Site Operations at Catalent Pharma Solutions, overseeing HR operations for 20 sites with over 7,000 employees and $2.5 billion in revenue. Previously, Michael held several HR leadership roles within Catalent, including Global Head of HR for Pharma Product Delivery and Area Director for Cell & Gene Therapy. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at The Ridge Behavioral Health System and Manager of Human Resources at Aramark Uniform Services. Michael's educational background includes an MBA from Midway College and a BS in Human Resources Management from Sullivan University.
