Emma Mulholland is a seasoned professional in product management and innovation, currently serving as a Design Thinking & Innovation Advisor at Catalyst since February 2023, and also holds the role of Product Advisor and Coach at Flax & Teal Limited. Emma leads product management at Whitespace Innovation Lab, utilizing user-centered design principles to foster innovation. With extensive experience as Innovation Research Lead at Mind the Product, Emma conducts workshops and training sessions across the UK and Europe, and has previously held significant positions such as Product Coach & Curriculum Advisor at Right To Left, Principal Product Manager at Instil Software, and Senior Product Manager at Allstate Northern Ireland. Emma co-founded and organized ProductTank Belfast and is known for promoting Agile methodologies and product thinking among stakeholders and executives. Emma earned a BBA (Hons) in Management from Lancaster University between 2001 and 2006.
