Pamela Ross is an accomplished digital programme manager with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Digital Programme Manager at Translink since August 2024, Pamela previously held the position of Entrepreneur In Residence at Catalyst NI, mentoring early-stage organizations and startups. From May 2018 to July 2024, Pamela worked as Programme Manager at Codec Ireland and gained substantial expertise at Equiniti from 2008 to 2018 as both Business Consulting Manager and Programme Manager. Earlier career roles include Senior Management Consultant at BearingPoint (2006-2008), focusing on business performance improvement, and a lengthy tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers (1998-2006), specializing in supply chain and performance improvement within the retail sector. Pamela holds a Master’s degree in Retailing and Retail Operations from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a BSc in Transportation & Engineering Management from Ulster University.
