Sinclair Stockman is a prominent expert in digital health and technology, serving as Chief Scientist and Technology Officer at the Commonwealth Centre for Digital Health since April 2018. In addition to this role, Sinclair Stockman holds positions as SVP Strategic Innovation at Simulity, Honorary Consul for New Zealand in Northern Ireland, and Founding Member of the Mobile Alliance on Pandemics.
