Steve Orr has extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship, currently serving as the CEO of Catalyst since August 2007. In this role, Steve leads Connect, a not-for-profit network that fosters innovation by linking experienced entrepreneurs, business professionals, and research talent in Northern Ireland. Prior to this, Steve co-founded Kineticom, Inc. in March 2000 and served as a board member until November 2015, where the company focused on creating flexible workforces for the information and communication technology sectors. Steve Orr holds a degree from Northumbria University, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
